Terms
Please read this information carefully before ordering:
Delivery
After receiving your order, Pinnsvin Design will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
If all the goods you have ordered are in stock, your order will normally be sent from us within 1-2 business days. For goods that are not in stock, delivery time is stated in the web shop. If the delivery by any chance will be delayed, you will be notified by e-mail.
Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro or JBC Cards.
Your payment is processed by PBS (Payment Business Services) and Pay Dandomain.
PBS and Pay Dandomain are leading payment service providers in Scandinavia, certified by banks and card acquirers to handle this type of transactions at the highest level of security.
Your card will be pre-checked by submitting the order, but it will not be charged until the goods are sent from us.
It is also possible to use PAYPAL for payments.
VAT
All the prices in this shop are exclusive tax as a default, but there is a feature on the pages, so you can choose to see the prices including the Norwegian VAT. This is only appropriate for customers living in Norway.
For shipments bound for countries outside Norway, VAT will be deducted from the total, regardless of which view you choose in the store.
The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders.
When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This amount is due to VAT, customs and/or customs fee. (This is not a shipping charge).
Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.
Shipping and handling
Shipping costs are automatically added to the total, and the rates are as follows:
NORWAY: Less than 350g: NOK 49 - Larger packages: NOK 89 (Unlimited weight upward)
SVALBARD: Less than 350g: NOK 49 - Larger packages: NOK 89 per kg
EUROPE: Less than 350g: NOK 70 - Larger packages: NOK 130 per kg
The rest of the WORLD: Less than 350g: NOK 120 - Larger packages: NOK 200 per kg
You will be provided with total amount including shipping costs before you approve the order.
Return policy
Assuming the goods is not used, opened or otherwise damaged, you have 14 days return from receiving your order. You must pay the return postage.
Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.
Refund will be via chargeback of the payment (minus shipping costs and restocking fee) to the card you paid with.
Uncollected shipments
Pinnsvin Design reserve the right to charge these for 2 x shipping costs. (Shipping + Return)
